Sacred ceremony was beautiful! They sell a lot of of nice trinkets, which they accept both cash and card for. There’s a lot of dogs around, which are friendly and super adorable. Life jackets are not included nor are lockers which are 50 pesos each. Drinks are also not included with the buffet. For two bottles of water, one coke, and one corona we paid 260 pesos. Overall very nice! It was cool to see a different culture and hear the Mayan language. It was honestly very hot and nothing is air conditioned so ensure you dress light, bring your own towels, and I would recommend water shoes. Make sure to bring your own water unless you’re okay with paying! Cool experience but would not return. Definitely a one and done experience.

Very beautiful place. The Cenote experience was really well organised, the Tequilla tasting was also good. Loved the coffee one! The Lunch was good, with vegetarian options and a delicious Lima soup. The service was good, Santos was very nice and made us feel very welcome. There was always someone cleaning and the whole space looked very well looked after.

Amazing experience, beautiful cenote, refreshing cold water. Lifejackets are mandatory if you go down to swim, it is 50MXN per person. Locker is 20MXN. Dressing rooms are OK, food was fantastic. It was part of our guided tour to Chichen Itza with Sat Mexico.

Amazing experience. I don't know how to swim and I thoroughly enjoyed jumping in the center. The water was very refreshing.

The rating is not accurate, food is average and there are much better cenotes to visit around here. Would not came here if not the day trip brought us here. However, it’s still pretty place!

Mexico has thousands of cenotes and you must visit at least one of them while there. This cenote has great facilities and gives you the perfect opportunity to swim in one along with the catfish. There are convenient changing rooms and a nice restaurant to enjoy some local Mexican cuisine in after your swim.

Do not support their business and don’t pay 10x price for the same stuff. Mostly it’s only market to sell you something. Cenote is beautiful, but they charge already included in the tour package (towels, lockers, life jackets). They do care only about money!

Beautiful! Like... absolutely gorgeous. I did wish the area to swim was larger, as they added a cement platform in the cenote. Also the taco buffet was so good.
